Diversity in the Workplace: Are you a “Judger” or “Perceiver”?

We’re never going to find ourselves getting along with our coworkers 100% of the time, but what if you work with someone who seems to do the exact things that drive you absolutely insane? You may be facing your personality opposite, which can create an array of challenges for both you and your coworker.
