Workplace Discrimination Claims For 2009

Recently, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released its statistics on 2009 discrimination claims.  The results may shock some of you as the results nearly set a new record for discrimination claims in the workplace.  The claims range from race, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, and a host of others.  This proves that workplace discrimination is very real and higher than ever.  Even as we enter a new decade it remains a serious issue among America’s workplaces.
