Ageism in the Workplace

It’s very common for age to be at the forefront of a young professional’s mind, especially during the interview process. Will the interviewer equate my young age to inexperience and hire a different candidate? Will the business or corporate world take me seriously? Being a younger employee or job candidate can certainly be a challenge, but did you know those at the opposite end of the age spectrum also experience challenges due to their age?
